The Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro provides incremental improvements over its recent predecessor, including better sound quality, but fails to remove any of its fundamental limitations for musicians. Hi, Not sure whether these products will ever be supported. They are specialised so there's no 'tweaking' - you need an entirely new driver written for it. Creative may choose to release a Mac product in the future but I doubt that the Audigy 2 will ever have Mac drivers written for it (since there are no Intel Mac products on the market with PCI slots yet). The M-audio cards are well supported on OS X PPC - I don't think they've released Intel drivers yet (well, because you can't buy an Intel Mac with PCI slots.) but I would bet on it that as soon as said machine is available, M-Audio will back it with drivers and/or new products.

Saw that you have the audigy 2 plat ex. Last night while running fruity loops and cubase for the first time, the computer just flat out crashed after running the program after about 3 mins. Not really good. But i'm sure i have some conflict with a driver or something.

I haven't download any new drivers or BIOS from Dell or Creative, and and hoping that they will fix my immeidate issue. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to let them fly. But i digress.

I was curious what the conflicts were that you mentioned with the A2Pex and the All in Wonder cards? Is it a specific card, or all of them? The A2Pex and the AIW make for a killer home studio, both video and audio. Its a shame that you can't take a machine and make it work. Hi, I just purchased the same sound card. This is a really basic question, but the Live Value card that was installed in my Dimmension 8200 has an extra white connector that doesn't seem to to be present on the Audigy 2 Platinum EX? Did you get a Dell specific version or did you just get it off the street from another vendor?
